Kaitlyn Zarcone-Beam

Kaitlyn first joined Niman Mamo LLP in 2022. Since being called to the Bar, Kaitlyn has exclusively practiced family law. Her practice encompasses all areas of family law, including complex property and financial issues, high-conflict parenting disputes, and sensitive child protection matters. With extensive litigation experience and collaborative law training, Kaitlyn is a strong, practical, resolution-focused advocate who helps clients find effective solutions both inside and outside the courtroom.

Kaitlyn obtained her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. While in law school, she developed a strong interest in family law and immersed herself in the field through her work with the Family Law Division at Osgoode’s Community and Legal Aid Services Programme (CLASP), as well as her role as the Ontario Family Law Project (FLP) Coordinator with Pro Bono Students Canada. Prior to law school, Kaitlyn graduated summa cum laude from McMaster University with a degree in Linguistics and Italian Studies.

Outside the office, Kaitlyn enjoys cooking for friends and family, spending time with her football-sized toy poodle, and watching actual football while cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
