Christian Carpino

Christian has experience working at high-end family law firms as well as in corporate/commercial and tax law. His approach is solution-oriented and empathetic. Christian understands that each family is unique, and that each client’s specific needs should be met.

While Christian is prepared to litigate where necessary and has appeared before both the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice, he strives to resolve disputes outside of court where possible. Christian has experience in both mediation and arbitration processes.

While at law school at McGill University, Christian led the Family Law Chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada. He co-authored a guide to assist low-income families navigating the Quebec family courts and gave presentations on various family law topics to communities across Montreal. Christian has contributed to professional development programs, including the Osgoode and Ontario Bar Association Professional Development programs.

Christian is an avid music lover. He has an undergraduate degree in voice performance and sang in a cathedral choir for over ten years. He is also passionate about cooking and discovering new restaurants in Toronto.
