Fiona Chan

Fiona is a seasoned litigator. With over a decade of experience practicing law in Hong Kong and Ontario, Fiona brings a unique blend of expertise to handle complex, cross-jurisdictional family matters.

Fiona began her legal career as a barrister in Hong Kong. Her practice covered a wide range of matters in criminal, family and corporate commercial litigations. After practicing law for nine years in Hong Kong, Fiona was requalified to the Ontario Bar in 2019. Before joining Niman Mamo LLP, Fiona practiced at another prominent family law firm in Toronto. She has extensive experience advising and representing clients on various family matters, from simple clean-break separations to high-stake financial disputes.

Fiona obtained a Global Professional Master of Laws in Business Law (GPLLM) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto.

Fiona is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
