Kaitlyn Zarcone-Beam
Since being called to the bar in 2021, Kaitlyn has exclusively practiced family law. She has gained extensive litigation experience successfully arguing on behalf of her clients at the Superior Court of Justice. Kaitlyn is a strong and resolution-focused advocate for her clients both inside and outside of court.
While attending Osgoode Hall Law School, Kaitlyn immersed herself in the area of family law. She worked in the Family Law Division at Osgoode’s Community and Legal Aid Services Programme (CLASP). She also worked as the Ontario Family Law Project (FLP) Coordinator at Pro Bono Students Canada. In this position, she managed the cross-provincial project, which provided in-court legal drafting services for family law litigants. Prior to law school, Kaitlyn graduated summa cum laude from McMaster University and obtained her undergraduate degree in Linguistics and Italian Studies.
When not in the office, Kaitlyn is usually cooking for her friends and family, spending time with her football-sized toy poodle, or watching an actual football on T.V. cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
