Cassie joined the team as an articling student in 2022.

Cassie received her law degree from the University of Toronto (UofT). While at UofT, Cassie volunteered at the school’s legal aid clinic, providing legal assistance to community members navigating the family justice system. In her third year, Cassie completed a placement with Justice for Children and Youth, where she researched the law of parental alienation.

Prior to law school, Cassie graduated from McMaster University’s Arts & Science program.

Outside of work, Cassie spends too much time perusing humane society websites in search of the perfect companion for her beloved cat, Riverboat.
